Ask Odrive (in-product AI assistant)

The latest odrive desktop client includes šŸ¤– Ask Odrive in the tray menu — an AI assistant built right into the client. Ask Odrive can answer questions about how odrive works, help troubleshoot sync and connectivity issues, read your local odrive logs to diagnose problems on your machine, and perform actions on your client on your behalf so you don't have to hunt through menus and settings.

When you click Ask Odrive, it opens its own window where you can chat with the assistant directly. The assistant will tell you what it can and can't do — if you're not sure whether it can help with something, just ask.

For most "how do I…" questions and on-machine troubleshooting, Ask Odrive is the fastest way to get help.

You can also get help by contacting us in the user forum or by visiting support.odrive.com. The forum also has plenty of useful information such as Release Notes, Announcements, and questions from other users. Let us know if you've got a suggestion or want to provide feedback, too.
